Had this customer. I don't know. Not able to understand her. Or maybe she didn't understand me. Keep insisting in buying the defective cosmetic pouch. But wants it in a cheaper price. When the fact is, the pouch is ugly looking enough to be sold away with the defective stain at the side of the pouch. Moreover, the Company doesn't belongs to me, so what authority do I have in giving her further discount up to 50% when I was instructed to give it only at 40? Maybe she shld just go Petaling St. and get the imitations or what we called it as 'Cetak Rompak' ones.
Oh yes.. she is a regular customer for the previous brand I worked for. So it is just unlucky of me to see her again. Btw, she won't buy lotsa bags. She can just practically stand ard the counter, give comments on the bags displayed and not forgetting the lectures. Expecting us to tell the Big Boss in Europe to do smtg abt the bag designs. The thing is... She shld just be patient and wait for later collections.
Cos bags like that, they do not have the same similarities as leather bags [not High fashion brands. I am referring to Braun Buffel, Bonia and etc] where some of the bag styles are more or less the same to the rival brands. No offence but that is the fact. I do not say that they do not have originality. We have to think tt diff bags have diff target audience. These are casual wear type of bags. So you have to expect some of the designs to be not practical for daily use. Some of the designs could be just for a 'style-look' or 'unique-look'. Anyway, I was just glad. She gave up in asking for the 50% discount. Too bad for her. At that point, I just felt tt I was selling tt pouch at a 'pasar mlm' whr a customer was bargaining for cheaper price.
I can't wait for the BIG day!! [smiley smiley]
