when a team is lacking of communication, it wld be DISASTROUS! you peeps nd to communicate so tt you wld understand your other team-mates better. you able to understand on the directions of the ball they wanna pass,who shld be ready at the 'forward' position and so on so forth.instd, it seems to be much more of "ok...i got the ball..the ball is mine.. i decide whr to just hit the ball..." honestly,tt's RIDICULOUS!! how cld you just pass the ball w/o checking your blindspot or even to see whether your team-mate is at his/her position?!!

they are great ppl bt things cld hv bn better if you peeps work things out.rather than all you peeps discuss is just lecturing how bad the team is bt nt solving the problem on the weak points of which the team possess.if every mtg held after the game was playing ard psychology minds on each other...bila mau game?just work out the impt things first becoz it will lead to the team's exhaustion on losing in every game.nothing is impossible.it's just on how you peeps as a team overcome it.
